This explains what happens to the details you send to Rogue Graphics. It’s written in plain English. Last updated October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
Rogue Graphics is a trading name of Euan Rogers, a sole trader based in the UK. Euan is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What I collect and why
The quote form
When you ask for a quote I collect your name, business name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, website or social link, the services you’re interested in, your project details, budget range, ideal deadline and how you heard about the studio.
I use this only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries about the business.
WhatsApp and email
If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive your name, number or address and what you send. I use it to reply and, if you go ahead, to run your project.
Clients
If you become a client, I also keep the brief, files and feedback you send, and the invoices and payment records for your project. The lawful basis is performing our contract and meeting legal obligations such as tax record keeping.
I don’t sell your data, and I don’t use it for marketing unless you ask me to.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don’t go ahead: deleted 30 days after my last reply.
- Clients: project files and messages for as long as needed to support the work, and financial records for as long as the law requires (currently six years for tax purposes).
Who else handles it
These services process data on my behalf, under their own data protection terms. Some may store data outside the UK, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
- Netlify: hosts this website.
- Apple (iCloud Mail): runs the studio inbox.
- Formspree: receives quote form submissions and emails them to the studio inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message me there.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t set cookies. There are no analytics at launch. If analytics are added later, they’ll be a cookieless tool that doesn’t track you across other sites, and this policy will be updated.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to:
- see the personal data I hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how I use it
- receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere

Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how your data has been handled, please tell me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office atico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
